Shipping & Returns/Warranty

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please note: Items returned NOT due to a defect, but just because one changed their mind or no longer need the product are subject to a 10% restocking fee on all items in the order.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Warranty

All products FTD Customs produces come standard with a free lifetime warranty. There is no stipulation to this warranty, unlike other companies. We don't do it the way that makes the most sense for our business. We do it the way that makes the most sense for the customer - peace of mind and purchase confidance. 

For any warranty claim with one of our wheels, if it is something that can't be fixed over the phone, we will send a return shipping label for the wheel, inspect it at our shop, and fix it for you. We will NOT under any circumstance, ship a new wheel to a customer before receiving the old wheel back. Customer will only be responsiible for boxing and dropping the wheel off at their local UPS store. We will send a pre paid UPS return label to receive it back at no charge to customer. FTD Customs will not pay for labor for another shop to do work on a customer's motorcycle. 

For any warranty claim for our extensions, we don't ever really have warranty claims but if somehow an extension or any piece of the extension were to break, you will be sent a brand new set no questions asked. Powder coat chipping is not warrantied on extensions unless it shows up damaged. Chipping is absolutely unavoidable given the nature of the product.
